Our veterinary team in Novi welcomes you and your pet!

Welcome to Novi Veterinary Clinic. We look forward to meeting you and caring for your pet. Please complete the forms below for each pet you need to have seen. We must have all prior medical history with doctor’s notes, any previous labs, and vaccine records (even if overdue) submitted at the same time, or within 24 hours to complete the registration process. Please let us know if you do not have any medical/vaccine history on the pet. Once everything is received, we will call you to get scheduled.

What to Expect

Arrival

Our doors are locked, please remain in your car, and call (248) 349-5900 to check-in.

Pet Medical History

In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.

Examination

Then, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once the tests have been run, which can usually be done in the practice, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted.

Communication

This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.

Follow Up Care

Our veterinary technician will come back to wrap things up and will provide you with helpful pet care information and answer wellness and care questions for you. Our front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow up.

Our Promise

Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.

For Family Puppy Store Clients: We will need all the Health Records signed by a vet, and the Rabies Certificate if applicable. These originals were given to you at the time of purchase. Our office does not keep any duplicates on file. Once everything is received, we will call you to get scheduled.

Please note: this process can take 2-3 business days, once we have all required paperwork. We are currently scheduling all new patient appointments 2-3 weeks out. If you have a sick or injured pet, please visit
a veterinary emergency hospital closest to you.
