There will be a $60 cancellation/no-show fee if you are unable to make your appointment without giving at least a 24 hours prior notice.
Any deposit made to Novi Veterinary Clinic will count towards this fee.
If a new appointment is requested after losing a deposit, another deposit will be required.
You may reschedule the appointment with 24 hours or more notice, without losing your deposit.
Any deposit taken at scheduling time will be refunded to the original card if there’s any credit left over upon checkout.
